Tips for your senior session
Bring props if you want
Are you in band? Bring your instrument! Are you a tennis player, bring your racquet! Love your pet? Bring them along! Just check with me before the session and I can also give you tips about each prop. I love when seniors bring something meaningful to them.
Get creative!
Do you have an idea for your session that you think might be too crazy? Never heard of crazy! I shoot all sorts of sessions at all sorts of locations. The more creative the better! I'd love to talk to you more if you have a wild idea for your shoot. More often than not, we can make it happen!
Keep clothing simple
No busy prints, wild patterns, stripes, or crazy logos. Make sure all undergarments are not visible through your clothing... we don't want a black bra showing through a white shirt!
Dress for your environment
If we're in downtown Redlands, you may want to go more casual with jeans and a nice top. If you want more formal, the sky is the limit! I've had people wear suits, prom dresses, cheer uniforms, etc. You dream it, I'll photograph it!
Steam steam steam
If you're bringing your cap and gown, great! Just be sure to steam all of it before you arrive. I can't tell you how many people have shown up with their cap and gown still in the bag!
